Everything Rust in one place
RustLite is a companion site for players of Rust, the survival game from Facepunch Studios. It brings player lookup, a Rust+ companion, a full game wiki and a set of calculators together on rustlite.com, so you are not juggling five tabs on wipe day.

Rust asks a lot of questions at once. Who is the player who just knocked on your door? How much sulfur does it take to get through that garage door? Is anyone at your base while you are asleep? The answers used to be spread across Steam profiles, server trackers, spreadsheets and forum posts.
RustLite started in 2026 to put those answers in one site. It is still in beta and ships often: the public changelog lists sixteen dated releases between September 28 and October 20, 2026.
Core features
Player lookup
Search any Steam account by SteamID, profile link or custom URL and get one report with Rust hours, bans, past names and combat stats.
Open on rustlite.com →Rust+ companion
Pair a server once and keep a live map, raid alarms and smart switches running from RustLite servers, even with the game closed.
Open on rustlite.com →Rust wiki
Craft costs, recycle yields, raid costs and vendor prices for 1,131 items, plus the full workbench tech tree.
Open on rustlite.com →Calculators and tools
Raid cost, code raid, conveyor filters, genetics, livestock breeding and tea and pie buffs, among about 40 tools.
Open on rustlite.com →Browser extension
Adds player tracking, offline windows and team finding to the BattleMetrics pages you already use, in Chrome, Edge, Brave and Firefox.
Open on rustlite.com →Live Rust feeds
Monthly patch notes, the developers’ commit log, live Steam player counts and Steam Market skin prices.
Open on rustlite.com →Each feature has its own page on this hub too: player lookup, Rust+ companion, wiki and tools. Step-by-step help is in the RustLite guides.
Differentiators
- One site, four jobs. Player lookup, a Rust+ companion, a wiki and calculators live on one site instead of four separate tools.
- Works while you are offline. Rust+ alarms and the live map run on RustLite’s servers, so alerts reach Discord, Telegram, push or your phone with the game closed.
- Numbers that track the current update. The wiki flags items that are new in the latest patch and sits next to live patch notes and dev commits.
- Extension analysis stays local. The BattleMetrics extension does its analysis in your browser.
- Ships in public. Every release is written up in the changelog.
Built for Rust players
Solo and small groups
Check a neighbour before you trust them, and get a raid alarm on your phone instead of logging in to a wiped base.
Clans and raid leads
Plan the cheapest boom for a base, split a code lock across the team and see when a rival group is usually offline.
Builders and farmers
Look up upkeep and raid costs before you build, breed god clones with the genetics calculator and set up conveyor sorting.
